12  x 24 Deluxe garage has Gray metal siding and Colonial Blue roof  and trim.  It features 2 windows.   7 ½” sidewalls, 9x7 overhead door. Heavy duty floor that will handle almost anything you can put in it.   8” overhangs and wainscot are standard on our Deluxe garages.
